Switch On

I began today at 5:00 am and jumped a few hours before breakfast and arrived at the dojo to teach saturday's class. There is something special about awaking before the sun rises and getting a head start on your day. Every day we have the opportunity to learn to make the next day better, but that decision is truely up to the person. We have the power all we have to do is turn on the switch with our minds. Failure to follow through without turning the switch on simply means we are experiencing a power failure. So we must discover our true power through life's difficult challenges and learn to operate our minds in trying times. The question is will you pass your daily tests? ... A problem is a chance for you to do your best Duke Ellington
